Your Role (What You'll Do)

As our field service anchor, you will coordinate and perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks focused primarily on windows, doors, siding, and baths/showers within residential properties.

Execute High-Impact Operations & Service

• Perform Site Measurements: Conduct technical field measurements at residential properties to guarantee absolute precision prior to order placement.
• Manage Materials & Logistics: Order materials and service parts directly from vendors while coordinating service logistics with administrative staff and installers.
• Oversee Inventory: Maintain tight control over warehouse organization and inventory tracking.
• Resolve Escalated Issues: Step in as the primary technical resource to engage with customers and troubleshoot complex installation or service issues.
