Job summary

Hiab USA is seeking a service technician to perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and refurbishments on equipment at Hiab or customer sites. The role focuses on delivering reliable service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will stay current with technical developments and equipment specifications, following internal Bulletins and factory courses as directed by the District Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Staying up to date with technical developments as shown in internal service bulletins and following technical courses when instructed by District Service Manager applicable to equipment.
• Staying up to date with technical specifications of relevant equipment.

Responsibilities

• To perform service, (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at external or Hiab locations in line with Managers instructions.
• Responsible for contributing to productive customer relationships as well as following Best Practice in all administrative and technical activities.
• Managing the customer.
