Job summary

Hiab USA is seeking a field service technician to perform preventive maintenance and servicing on Hiab equipment at customer sites and Hiab locations in line with managers' instructions.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer relationships while adhering to best practices in administrative and technical tasks, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Training provided, with generous benefits and a company-supported development path.

• Staying up to date with technical developments per service bulletins and courses.
• Staying up to date with technical specifications of relevant equipment.

Responsibilities

• To perform service (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at external or Hiab locations in line with Managers instructions.
• Responsible for contributing to productive customer relationships and following Best Practice in all administrative and technical activities.
