Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in the Boston, MA area. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and basic electronics skills. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within NCR Voyix's field services team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the Boston area with authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• Prolonged travel with multi-hour daily driving and rotating shifts.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
