Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment for leading retailers in the Upper Peninsula, MI. The role requires solid mechanical aptitude, local travel within the territory, and flexible, rotating shifts.

You will perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly, service self-checkout systems, and conduct repairs and preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and NCR fleet-compliant driving record.
• PC and basic electronics familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day; rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work - rotating shifts within set teams, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, handling small parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
