Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service self-checkout and related electromechanical systems across a defined territory in Jackson, MS and surrounding areas. You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring prompt customer service and minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates have a basic electronics aptitude, PC skills, a valid driver's license, and are able to work rotating shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
