Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment in a defined territory. You will travel to customer sites, perform service calls, and ensure system uptime for busy retail environments.

The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, flexible shifts, and the ability to lift and move tools and parts. Benefits include holidays, vacation, retirement plan, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to travel long distances and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
