Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I for Utica, NY. You will perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls for self-checkout systems and related electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory.

The role includes on-site repair and preventive maintenance, with training provided and a company vehicle. Benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and suitable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic/ hardware familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Willing to travel long distances daily.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Able to lift tools/parts up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).
• Willing to be trained on small scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
