Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support our retail customers in the Northern New Jersey area. You will perform installation, maintenance and service calls for electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

Weekly travel and rotating shifts are required. The role includes hands-on training, a company vehicle, and benefits starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly within an assigned territory.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
