Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products delivering service and repair across residential and commercial sites. In this role you will perform scheduled service, maintenance, repair, warranty work, and adjustments based on work orders, diagnose issues, and ensure workmanship meets manufacturer specs.

You will review orders, load vehicles, document service findings and parts used, and maintain professional communication with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service, maintenance, repair, warranty, and adjustment work based on work orders and service requests.
• Diagnose product, installation, and operational issues in the field and implement appropriate repair solutions.
• Inspect products and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
• Verify completed repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality requirements.
• Recommend additional repairs, replacement parts, or follow-up service when necessary.
• Review work orders before each service call to ensure required materials, parts, and tools are available.
• Load company vehicles with required products, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Complete service tickets, repair documentation, warranty paperwork, and material requests accurately and on time.
• Document service findings, completed repairs, photographs, and follow-up recommendations.
