Job summary

QXO is seeking a Service Technician to perform field service, repair, and warranty work at customer sites. You will diagnose issues across doors, windows, millwork and related systems, deliver a quality customer experience, and uphold safety and workmanship standards.

You’ll review work orders, load vehicles, document findings and photos, and communicate status to customers. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, customer focused, and able to travel between locations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, warranty, construction, or related industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, maintenance, warranty, and adjustment work at customer locations and jobsites.
• Diagnose product, installation, and operational issues in the field and implement repair solutions.
• Inspect products and completed work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations.
• Document service findings, completed repairs, and warranty paperwork; return documentation per procedure.
