BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Folsom, CA is seeking a skilled Home Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador appliances in customers' homes. You will travel, troubleshoot, and provide excellent service while promoting maintenance plans and accessories.

The role requires 3–5 years of repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with relevant appliance repair experience (3–5 years).
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair gas and electric appliances in customers' homes.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service visits.
• Advise customers on proper operation of appliances and upsell maintenance or service plans.
