Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Milwaukee, WI region. This role involves on-site installation, commissioning, preventive and predictive maintenance, and remote support for our strapping systems and packaging equipment.

You will collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver reliable solutions and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field experience, strong electromechanical skills, and the ability to travel across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines and Mosca equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment to ensure reliability and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems with tools and test equipment.
• Coordinate with Mosca Engineering and document service reports.
• Plan travel itineraries and communicate with area managers.
• Maintain professional conduct and timely service delivery.
