Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. seeks experienced Field Service Technicians to support our strapping systems in the Milwaukee, WI region. The role covers on-site installation, preventative maintenance, and remote technical support for a suite of packaging solutions.

Candidates should have an electromechanical background, experience with PLCs, and the ability to read schematics. Travel across the U.S. is required; a valid driver's license is essential and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Corrugated industry experience a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines, Mosca preferred.
• High school diploma and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, Commission, equipment in a manner that ensures reliability and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Emergency repair on all EAM equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems utilizing systematic thinking with test equipment and hand tools.
• Work with Mosca Engineering to provide high level customer service.
• Generate service reports detailing work, parts, and follow-up needs.
• Communicate daily with area service managers and plan schedules/travel.
• Work with urgency but remain calm under pressure to ensure service quality.
