Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission and maintain end-of-line strapping systems and related machinery, delivering reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electromechanical systems, travel up to 80% within the US, and work with Mosca engineering to provide top-tier customer service; company car and tools provided. Excellent pay and benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• High school diploma required; associates degree a plus.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines and Mosca products.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service equipment to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment and schematics.
• Collaborate with Mosca Engineering to deliver high-level customer service.
• Generate clear service reports detailing work, parts and follow-up.
• Plan schedules and travel itineraries with service managers.
