Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support our end-of-line packaging machinery and strapping systems.

You will install, commission, service, and repair equipment at customer sites, on-site and remotely, to ensure reliability and high customer satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years of field or plant maintenance experience, electromechanical expertise, PLC familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 80% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred
• Corrugated Industry experience a plus
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines, Mosca preferred
• High school diploma
• A valid driver's license
• Solid Mechanical / Electrical background
• PLC experience preferred
• Associates Degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Install and Commission equipment to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and emergency repairs on all EAM equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment.
• Work with Mosca Engineering to deliver high-level customer service.
• Generate service reports detailing work, parts, issues and follow-ups.
• Communicate daily with area service managers and plan travel itineraries.
• Work with urgency but stay calm under pressure to maintain service quality.
