Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical system issues at the component level.
• Proficiency interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience using electronic test and measurement equipment (DMM, scope, etc.).
• Customer-focused with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, quality assure, and repair laser-based optomechanical instruments to support production schedules and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site at the facility.
• Assist in design, development, testing, and documentation of instrumentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with Business Development for customer training and application support.
• Travel domestically up to 10% for installations, service activities, and training.
