Job summary

HCLTech in the United States (Rochester, MN) seeks an experienced IT support technician to provide on-site and remote assistance for end users. You will troubleshoot EUC hardware/software, log incidents, and coordinate with vendors for repairs while maintaining asset records.

You will conduct site surveys, perform IMACD tasks, support conference room tech, and help improve field support delivery for reliable device access across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and incident logging abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support for EUC hardware and software.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents through to resolution.
• Perform pre-install surveys, IMACD tasks, and asset management activities.
• Support conference room technology and assist with events.
• Maintain knowledge base and runbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement.
