Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Field Service Technician to support the organization's hardware and PC systems across the Northeast Atlanta GA area. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain devices, collaborate with network services and engineering to restore service, and keep a detailed problem-tracking log.

This full-time role requires 1+ years of hands-on hardware experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, maintenance and repairs.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations
• Willingness to drive between CVS locations within Northeast Atlanta GA area (Reside in the territory supported)
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to lift 75lbs + and occasionally work on a ladder

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users of computer applications and hardware.
• Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
