Shearex Equipment Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair shrink-wrap equipment at customer sites across the United States.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills, plus the ability to travel up to 90% on the road. Candidates should have a vocational/technical diploma in a related field, field service experience, and the ability to work independently while training customers on safe operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and passport; U.S. travel required.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on-site.
• Experience in field service and equipment installation/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose failures and perform on-site repairs.
• Train customer operators on safe equipment use.
• Document service work and parts used.
• Travel nationwide as required; collaborate with the technical team.
