Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment across Wynnewood and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade systems, while keeping customers informed and ensuring service quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field service experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Local travel required; benefits and relocation not provided.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering or equivalent.
Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation) preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Working knowledge of PCs, MS Office, network sites and email.
Troubleshooting skills and ability to isolate problems at PCB or component level.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Hold a valid driver's license.
3–5 years of field service repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down system situations.
Complete machine installations and upgrades that may require technical assistance.
Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training.
