Job summary

Entrust, headquartered in Minnesota, is expanding its Field Service Technician team in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on providing on-site maintenance, repairs, and proactive care for Entrust equipment at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have electromechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently across diverse client environments. Occasional travel and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years electromechanical technician experience.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCs and common software.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites daily and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Test, diagnose, and resolve issues on systems at customer sites.
• Drive to customer sites daily and document service activity.
• Interact with customer operations staff and maintain strong relations.
• Coordinate with dispatch and use ERP for inventory management.
• Assist less experienced personnel as needed.
