Job summary

Bühler Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing technician to assemble, test, repair, retrofit, and install Buhler equipment at customer sites. You will follow established procedures, inspect installations, and prepare reports while resolving issues with support from a Team Leader.

You should have a degree or 3+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of industrial controls, electrical and hydraulic systems. MS Office familiarity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree appropriate for position or 3 or more years of related experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Success working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, tests, repairs, rebuilds, retrofits and installs Buhler products at the customer site following established procedures.
• Inspects components to ensure proper installation.
• Prepares written reports to provide history and follow up requirements.
• Resolves customer complaints or refers issue to qualified individual.
• Follows individual training plan under the supervision of Team Leader.
