Job summary

GLORY seeks a Field Service Technician in Chicago to be the face of GLORY, directly managing customer service and care with clients, and independently troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment. You will track parts and tools and stay current with equipment updates.

Schedule is Friday–Monday, 6am–5pm, with initial training Monday–Friday for the first several months. Join us to support customers and keep downtime to a minimum.

Qualifications

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts and tools.
• Stay abreast of changes in GLORY equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field service and repairs.
• Document service activities and update records.
• Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime.
