Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of GLORY in the Chicago area. You will directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction.

You will independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment, track and manage parts and tools, and stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment to support field operations.
