Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago to be the face of the company, delivering on-site service and customer care for our cash-handling equipment.

You will independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed GLORY devices, track and manage parts and tools, and stay up-to-date with changes in GLORY equipment and software to ensure reliable operation.

Travel is expected within the local area and you will be part of a supportive field team.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment
