GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago to be the face of our service team, independently troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment. You will interact with clients, handle service calls, and maintain equipment performance across onsite sites.

You will manage customer service responsibilities, stay current on GLORY equipment updates, and coordinate parts and tools while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 2nd shift differential paid for

• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment
