GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago to be the face of the company, directly serving clients, troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment, and independently tracking parts and tools.
You will stay current on GLORY hardware and software changes, travel as needed within the region, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401k with company match, parental leave, and career advancement opportunities.

- Directly manage all aspects of customer service with clients
- Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment
- Track and manage parts/tools
- Stay abreast of changes in GLORY equipment
