Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service the Brooklyn/Queens, NY area. You will install, maintain and repair self-checkout and related electromechanical equipment for major retail clients, ensuring timely on-site responses and high service quality.

The role includes a company-provided vehicle, immediate medical coverage, 401(k), and paid time off, with rotating shifts and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and hardware/OS familiarity are required.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day is expected.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible work times are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
