Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in New Haven, CT. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts/tools, and install upgrades. The role requires customer focus, safety adherence, and the ability to work across multiple customer sites.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage of $25.00–$30.00, with a schedule of Thursday to Monday and a 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm shift.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies.
• Certificates in related fields ( mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Manage parts/tools and keep customers informed of progress.
• Install machines and perform hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required training.
