Technicians work with a wide variety of network, communications, computing, and low‑voltage infrastructure and frequently coordinate with remote Network Operations Centers (NOCs), engineers, project coordinators, and customer technical teams to complete installations and resolve service issues.

This is a full time benefits eligible position that includes a company vehicle, gas card for vehicle, inventory, and training. This position often works alone, and qualified applicants must be able to lift up to fifty pounds above head and climb a ladder.

Acuative is a drug free workplace.

The Ideal Candidate :

The ideal Field Service Technician is someone we can depend on.

You do not need to know every piece of equipment you will encounter on day one. Technology, customers, and project requirements continually change, and training and remote technical support are available. What matters is having a solid technical foundation, the ability and desire to learn, good judgment, and the willingness to work through unfamiliar problems.

Our strongest technicians are comfortable working independently, traveling wherever the work requires, communicating professionally with everyone they encounter, and taking ownership of their assignments. They understand when to troubleshoot independently, when to engage remote technical resources, and when a customer Scope of Work requires approval before making a change.

If you enjoy hands‑on technology, solving problems in the field, learning new systems, and working in an environment where no two assignments are exactly the same, this position may be a strong fit.
