Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites, and home FA locations within the Cleveland, OH territory. The role covers installing, upgrading, and maintaining branch connectivity and site infrastructure, including network hardware, computers, printers, and cabling.

A company vehicle is provided for on-site service calls. The position is hybrid in title but primarily field-based, with travel up to 3 hours one way and a training week after start

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required to support diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance, IMAC, and project work within SLA timelines.
• Provide backup coverage for neighboring service areas when needed.
• Manage ticket queue and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Schedule ETA commitments and ensure safe, timely on-site arrivals.
• Maintain asset management and inventory accuracy for field operations.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade voice, data, and AV hardware and network gear.
• Operate company vehicle for on-site service calls within territory.
• Deliver excellent customer service and document technical actions.
