Job summary

Centura, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of NDT equipment at customer locations or in-house. The role requires troubleshooting to component level, reading schematics, and coordinating with customers for service calls.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers and peers, maintaining safety standards, and supporting sales in selecting replacement equipment when needed. Travel, sometimes overnight, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics.
• Complete understanding of Centura X-Ray products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair to component level, and install equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Read and interpret schematic drawings.
• Perform periodic maintenance on equipment.
• Interface with customers to schedule service calls for repair and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to customers and fellow technicians.
• Ensure repairs meet safety standards and document maintenance activities.
