Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an Advanced Service Technician to maintain and repair up to 15 RaceTrac and Raceway locations, ensuring 24/7 operability and contributing to store profitability. The home store is based at 8630 Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33467.

The role targets HVACR/electrical repairs, fuel dispensing system upkeep, and cross-functional collaboration across maintenance teams to uphold high service standards. Training in HVACR or electrical is preferred.

Qualifications

• HVACR or electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge required.
• Experience with fuel dispensers and pumps is preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & 2) required or preferred.
• 4+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Technical school training in HVACR or electrical.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolves maintenance and services issues at RaceTrac and Raceway locations to ensure full operability 24/7, boosting profitability.
• Ensures each job is performed with high skill and customer service.
• Serves as a knowledge expert in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foodservice/beverage equipment, and dispensing systems.
• Maintains tools and inventory on service vehicles.
• Provides project support to cross-functional departments on store initiatives.
• Responds to ad hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
