Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Advanced Service Technician to maintain and repair RaceTrac Travel Centers and EDO stores. You will ensure operations and appearance are at their best around the clock.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, cleaning, maintaining equipment, and supporting cross-functional teams across store-related initiatives. This role requires hands-on maintenance across HVACR, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, with physical capability to lift heavy

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures.
• Ability to use common tools and office equipment.
• Food and beverage equipment repair knowledge (preferred).
• Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge (preferred).
• Technical school training in HVACR or electrical (preferred).
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment (preferred).
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• 4+ years of work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance and service issues to ensure full operability 24/7.
• Perform daily cleaning and degreasing tasks across store areas.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory on site.
• Provide project support to cross‑functional teams.
• Cross-train with ASTs in multiple trades.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or bend as needed.
• Respond to ad hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
• Stay updated on local/state facility guidelines.
