Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an Advanced Service Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing up to 15 RaceTrac and Raceway convenience stores in the United States. The role emphasizes resolving maintenance issues to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in HVACR, plumbing, and other maintenance functions, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foodservice/beverage equipment, and petroleum dispensing systems.
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance and service issues at RaceTrac and Raceway locations.
• Ensure jobs are performed with high skill and optimal customer service.
• Collaborate with other technicians to cross-train in multiple trades.

Skills

Food and beverage equipment repair knowledge

Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge

Technical school training in HVACR or electrical

General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures

Education

Type1 & Type2 EPA certification for refrigerants

4+ years of relevant work experience

Maintenance or repair certifications

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
