Job summary

Pitney Bowes in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade postage meters and other shipping hardware at client sites.

You will troubleshoot, repair equipment, train clients, and identify sales opportunities for supplies and services, all while maintaining client relationships.

A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 55 lbs are required; Monday–Friday work with potential overtime and a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience and ability to turn a wrench to repair equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Willingness to lift and move up to 55 lbs and work Monday–Friday with possible overtime.
• Familiarity with Windows environments and basic PC networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade postage meters and mailing hardware at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize client comebacks.
