We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will provide service to a variety of clients and support field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers. A successful **Field Service Technician** is client-centric, has strong customer service, is comfortable managing significant windshield time, and has experience repairing or troubleshooting both hardware and software solutions. Your primary service area will be within **3 hours Lacrosse, WI**; some travel beyond this radius may be required. In this role, you will have a consistent **Monday – Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm** schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required). The wage range for this position is **$24.50/ hour**, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
