Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair John Deere equipment at customer sites. You will travel in a mobile service vehicle, perform diagnostics, complete repairs, and document all work thoroughly.

You will also mentor junior technicians and apprentices, maintain the service vehicle and inventory, and ensure customer service opportunities are identified and addressed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills are required.
• Experience documenting repairs and diagnostics clearly and accurately.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment in-field.
• Operate service vehicle and visit customer locations.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders and time.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices as needed.
• Communicate solutions for customer service opportunities clearly.
