Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electronics or low-voltage certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience installing and servicing CCTV or low‑voltage systems.
• Experience with alarm systems, access control, and surveillance equipment required.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and system configuration.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install wireless CCTV systems including cameras, routers, and solar surveillance trailers.
• Program and configure surveillance systems prior to deployment.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver, install, and commission equipment.
• Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CCTV systems.
• Conduct de-installation and decommissioning of equipment and return to depot.
• Complete installation documentation and obtain customer sign-off.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding installations and service needs.
• Manage tools, vehicle inventory, and ensure readiness for field work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and field service standards.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
