Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician for Power Tools to service healthcare equipment across Nebraska. You will travel in a company vehicle, install, troubleshoot, maintain, and document service activities, and collaborate with clinicians, sales partners, and internal teams.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to meet healthcare credentialing and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, compliance, safety, and access requirements.
• Ability to perform essential physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per service guidelines.
• Support software, connectivity, and system configuration.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage in company systems.
• Interpret manuals and engineering documentation to resolve equipment issues.
