Performance Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking Equipment Service Technicians to support the reliability and safety of rehabilitation medical devices and exercise equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a medical equipment and/or fitness equipment service technician preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Electrical/hydraulic and mechanical experience required.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs, calibrations, and maintenance per manufacturers and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for installations and service visits.
• Verify equipment safety and performance before service visits.
• Document service activities and maintain inventory and tool organization.
• Communicate updates with Service Coordinator/Manager and support cross-functional projects.
