Performance Health is seeking a Healthcare Equipment Service Technician to join our Milwaukee team. This full-time role supports reliability and safety of rehabilitation medical devices and exercise equipment through troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and safety inspections.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel daily within the territory. Company van, laptop, and cell phone are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as a medical equipment or fitness equipment service technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs, calibrations, and maintenance per manufacturers and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for service visits.
• Manage exchange/return of electrotherapy devices and accessories.
• Verify equipment operates safely and meets standards before visits.
• Communicate updates with Service Coordinator/Manager to ensure service delivery.
• Complete service documentation and maintain inventory and tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.
