Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Field Service Technician to service material handling machinery, including conveyors, forklifts, and pallet jacks. You will travel roughly half the time across the Midwest to provide on-site technical assistance to clients.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, installation support, and detailed service reporting while ensuring safety protocols and top customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systems in material handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex failures.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance for material handling hardware.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Assist in setup and installation of new machinery.
• Keep detailed service logs and documentation of completed work.
• Provide clear updates to clients on repair status and timelines.
• Follow safety protocols and corporate guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with internal parts and technical support teams to resolve issues.
