Job summary

Burwell Material Handling is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to service and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment at customer sites across the assigned territory. You’ll travel in a company vehicle, manage repairs with independence, and participate in ongoing training to grow with a company that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and travel within territory.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse vehicles.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, LP/diesel engine, and electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and fix problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Support and mentor junior techs when needed.
