Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of LV/MV switchgear, ATS, UPS, and PLC controls across customer sites in Georgia.

The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, safety compliance, and supporting system startups and commissioning. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field service experience with power systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP and field service

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on field service experience with power systems and industrial controls.
High school diploma required; an associate degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
Certifications such as NFPA 70E or OSHA 30 are a plus.
Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of LV/MV switchgear and transformers.

Responsibilities

On-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, and circuit breakers.
Conduct system diagnostics to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
Support system startups and commissioning to meet customer specifications.
