Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver expert on-site installation, troubleshooting, and training for advanced hardware and software systems nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field service or military electronics/electrical background, a valid driver's license, and strong customer communication. Competitive base pay with comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role with no overnight travel.

Competenze

• 5+ years of technical field service experience OR military experience in electronics, avionics, electrical, or technical ratings (highly valued and considered equivalent).
• Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, computer/software proficiency, and effective customer communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean record; OSHA certification preferred.

Compensation & Location:

• Base Pay: $65,000 – $70,000 / year

Travel: No overnight travel

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system installations, pre-startups, and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues on site.
• Provide hands‑on customer training and build strong, professional client relationships.
• Document preventive and corrective maintenance activities clearly and accurately.

Position Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of technical field service experience OR military experience in electronics, avionics, electrical, or technical ratings (highly valued and considered equivalent).
