Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with military technical training or 1-3 years of electro-mechanical/technical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong foundational aptitude in electronics, mechanics, instrumentation, or IT/networking.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; residency within assigned service territory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant technical/licenses.
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptability to learn proprietary software systems.
• Regional travel 20% and overtime 20% as required by operational mission needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute precision calibrations and preventive maintenance following standardized technical procedures.
• Configure basic PC network settings and perform routine software configurations on specialized hardware.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalations, and first-line customer concerns with high attention to detail.
• Maintain complete data integrity across service databases and accurately submit daily operational logs via laptop.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, support teams, and field leaders to ensure optimal customer uptime and KPI achievement.
• Manage inventory levels, specialized tools, and company assets in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain critical customer readiness.
