Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships.
• Install labeling, coding, barcoding, and packaging equipment at customer sites.
• Train customer operators on use, care, and troubleshooting.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Complete service documentation and keep tools/parts organized.
