Technical Safety Services LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to perform on-site testing, certification, calibration, and repairs in laboratories, pharmacies, and cleanrooms. You will travel daily to customer sites and operate a company-provided service vehicle.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear client communication, and hands-on training with career advancement paths. A high school diploma and basic mechanical or electrical know-how are preferred; willingness to travel is essential.

Formación

• Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work.
• Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to customer sites in your assigned territory.
• Work independently in a company-provided service vehicle.
• Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality.
• Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients updated.
• Build strong relationships and be the main contact for customers on site.
